Well this is your chance to provide some

alternative method of recording the same
information as submitted to the Contacts
Pages, intended to simplify the data
collection process.
Provide as much or as little information
as you wish, but the following items are
required :-

Ecclesfield, or elsewhere if you
entered 6th form directly)

identify your old entry so that it can be
deleted. I have also included text boxes
for you to add links to your own web
site, or personal history page if you
